Roasting an AI "IDE" Product that broke my brain

By Noemi Titarenco

Ghostex wants to be a home base on macOS for managing Ghostty terminals and AI agent CLI sessions. The core idea is solid. The landing page, CLI experience, and feature bloat (Kanban boards, built-in docs, tabs you can't remove) hide that magic. I roast the product, diagram what it should be saying, and explain why I'm rebuilding a stripped-down version for my own workflow.
