Hi, I’m Noemi (Em for short)

I help founders and product teams build products people actually use. I audit your product, your user incentives and your team’s process, then hand you a clear, opinionated plan for reaching your goals.

I come from product, engineering and I happened to have studied art history. I test new models and workflows in public on YouTube and X.
