I help founders and product teams discover their unfair advantage. I’m particularly interested in products that use LLMs.

I offer product audits and consulting. I like to focus on user research and incentives, as well as internal process. All of it together impacts your outcomes. Where I come in is to analyze this, bring an outside perspective and provide a clear opinionated strategy on how to reach your goals.

My background is in product, software engineering, and art history. It all shapes how I think and work. I also work in public: testing models, new harnesses, and sharing workflows on youtube and engaging with the AI builder community on X.
