Two files. init.md + AGENTS.md. A slightly technical person runs init once and deploys to Vercel. Everyone else clones the repo, talks to the agent in plain English, and says "deploy." I've done this with real teams. DeepSeek V4 Flash built the hub in this video for about two cents. Part 2 is the non-technical test.
