I got tired of trimming silences by hand, so I vibecoded an agentic video editor and then let it edit this video. You chat ("trim silences"), it queues cuts, you accept or reject. Brain is SmolLM2-360M, eyes are vit-gpt2, ears are whisper.cpp — all local, no API bill. It finds 160 quiet stretches, hits a bad_alloc, gets debugged by another agent, and still ships the cut.
