FirstMate: Talk to One Agent, Ship with a Crew (First Impression)

I keep a little crew of agents on every project, and I'm the one managing all of them, so "talk to one agent, ship with a crew" sounded exactly like my setup. I installed FirstMate on my OpenChamber plus custom GUI setup and ran it with DeepSeek v4.1 flash, bloopers preserved. The idea is brilliant, but the execution wasn't right for me and the vibe was totally off. I gave it a 6 out of 10, uninstalled it, and turned it into a skill instead.
