About Me
Hey - my name is Noemi (pronounced No - Emmy, because I've never won an Emmy.)
I started building software when I was still in school and it culminated in a successful business I was running by the time I was 18. While running my business, I realized there was a massive gap in e-commerce tools that integrated with new payment processors, so I built them to solve my own problems, and then shared them with the open-source community. After taking a break to travel, I found that my open-source code had been adopted by a wave of startups. I spent the next few years solving complex technical problems for many of them.
While I loved being deep in the codebase, my entrepreneurial background naturally pulled me towards business strategy. I love translating between engineering execution and business value. (And back again)
I naturally started getting more involved with the product side of things. At Fulcrum Labs, I stepped fully into Product Leadership, driving end-to-end product strategy and partnering directly with sales to close major enterprise firms like KPMG. It was a thrilling experience to see the direct value our product was driving for clients.
After Fulcrum, I founded an educational gaming company, Exodexa. Recently, I've been focused on the EdTech nonprofit space, supporting innovative product development at LabXchange and consulting directly with early-stage founders to nurture their creative processes.
I'm active in building stuff all the time. One of my latest projects is Habit - find out more about what I'm building on X.
