Hi, I’m Noemi (or Em for short)

I’m a product manager and software engineer who loves building with AI.

When creating software, I care deeply about process and outcomes. I spend a lot of time in the weeds of user research — across interviews, behavioral observation, and data — to truly understand human behaviour both in individual choices and the deeper underlying incentives behind that behavior. I take inspiration from history (I studied art history.)

I build in public: documenting hands-on case studies as I ship, and making videos to share my experiments with models, harnesses, and emerging developer tooling.
